This policy describes how SureLink Logistics (“SureLink”, “we”) handles information collected through surelinklogistics.com.

Who we are

SureLink Logistics handles China-to-India shipping enquiries. The public business locations named on this website are New Delhi, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. These are city locations, not a street address.

Information we collect

When you send a shipping enquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you submit. Required fields are name, phone or mobile number, China pickup or supplier city, product or commodity, approximate weight, and destination city in India. Optional fields can include email, company name, preferred contact method, supplier details, product description, carton count, dimensions, shipment value, currency, preferred service, urgency, state, PIN code, delivery type, battery or wireless notes, and a free-text message.

If you upload a file, we receive that file. Allowed types are PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP, up to 5 MB each, and up to 3 files. The upload is optional.

If you message us on WhatsApp or WeChat, that service receives the message and your account details under its own terms, and we receive what you send us there.

The enquiry record stores the IP address of the request that submitted the form. The user-agent column on current submissions is empty. When a visitor arrives with campaign parameters, the form can also store the first-touch values utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, landing page, and referrer. Those values are kept in the browser for the session (session storage) and are not a long-lived cookie.

• To ask for missing documents or shipment facts
• To see which pages and calls to action lead to an enquiry, without putting your name, phone, email, or shipment description into analytics

We do not sell the personal information submitted on the enquiry form.

How an enquiry is stored and sent

• The form is stored in the website’s Elementor submissions database so the enquiry can still be read if email delivery fails.
• A notification email is sent to sales@surelinklogistics.com from website@surelinklogistics.com, with the display name SureLink Logistics. If you enter an email address, it is used only as Reply-To.
• Uploaded files may be stored with the form submission and may be attached to that notification email.
• Email delivery logs are kept for 14 days. A log can include the subject, recipients, delivery status, and message body.

We keep the enquiry, including any uploaded file, for as long as we need it to answer the request, follow up, and keep a record of what was quoted. There is no separate fixed deletion period published here. Email sales@surelinklogistics.com if you want a copy, a correction, or deletion of an enquiry you sent.

Services that process this information

• The website host, which stores the site and the enquiry database
• FluentSMTP and the host mail server, which send the notification email and keep the 14-day mail log
• Elementor, which provides the enquiry form and submission storage
• Google Analytics 4, loaded once through Rank Math, measurement ID G-9JRXK84J15. Rank Math does not anonymize IP. The Google Site Kit plugin is not installed.
• WhatsApp, if you use the WhatsApp link, and WeChat, if you message the WeChat ID

Analytics events are quote_form_start, quote_form_submit (the form was completed on the website; this is not proof the email arrived), quote_cta_click, service_click, rfq_upload (file type only, such as pdf), and whatsapp_click (page path and whether the link was in the contact page or the footer). These events do not include your name, phone, email, company, supplier, shipment description, address, PIN, or uploaded filename.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets its cookies when a page loads. There is no cookie banner and no on-site switch that blocks analytics before the page loads. Details and how to limit those cookies are on the Cookie Preferences page. WordPress may set login cookies for someone editing the site. Public visitors are not asked to log in.

Security

The enquiry form has a hidden honeypot field to reduce automated spam. Uploads are limited by type, size, and count. Do not upload documents that contain personal information you do not need us to see.

Access, correction, and deletion

Email sales@surelinklogistics.com to ask for access, correction, or deletion of an enquiry you sent. What we can do depends on the law that applies to that request and on whether we still need the record for the shipment.

Children

This website is for business shipping enquiries. It is not directed at children.

Changes
